Using the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, combined with nearly 15 years of experience as a therapist, social worker, and coach, I help you look at your life through a different lens. You’ll figure out what you really care about, decide what you want from your life, and create a plan to move from stuck to satisfying.
What can you expect from working with me?
Working with me isn’t typical talk therapy – in fact, it’s not therapy at all. It’s not a platform for me to sell you shit you don’t need, and I’m not going to tell you that you can simply think your way to happiness. I know that you don’t need platitudes, you need a plan.
What I will do is help you drill down to what really makes you tick, see how well that’s showing up in your life now, and figure out how to fix any areas that are out of whack, from your job to your health to your relationships.
When we work together, I not only tell it like it is, I tell it how it could be.
