Day Two

What Does Your Client Need?

In today's module, you'll identify your client's chief struggle and what they could achieve if that struggle were resolved. You'll also clarify the obstacle that keeps them from making progress.

If you have any questions, be sure to ask them in the Day Two Challenge question thread in our Facebook community, From Therapy to Coaching.

Key Points:

  • Your client has a specific problem, concern, or struggle. The more focused you can make it, the more it will resonate with your client.
  • Never lose sight of your client's vision – what's possible once their struggle is resolved.
  • Something is blocking your client from achieving their vision. It's important to identify the obstacle and to determine whether it is external (situational) or internal (personal).
