I created this free mini-course because I know all too well what it’s like to love your profession, but hate your job, and how the feelings of frustration, exhaustion, anxiety, and yes, burnout, can take over your life.

It wasn’t that long ago that I had what I thought was the perfect job. It was in my career field, it focused on patients and issues that I truly cared about, and it paid more than I had ever earned before. I mean, I had it all, right?

Except I didn’t. Because shortly after starting, I realized it was the most toxic work environment ever. As things went from bad to worse, I moved from feeling stressed, to anxious, to depressed, and then totally burned out. I felt stuck in this job that was killing my spirit, and I didn’t think I had any options.

And of course, all of that took a serious toll on my relationships – my marriage, my children, my friends… and myself.

And then, when things were at their worst, I was introduced to a way of looking at my life that changed everything. I began studying Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), eventually completing a six-month traineeship, and watched firsthand as ACT changed the lives of my clients… and my own. It changed not only how I practiced as a therapist, but revolutionized how I viewed myself and everyone around me. It was like I’d been living in black-and-white, and now I could finally see the world in full color.

That’s what I want for you. I want you to move away from feeling frustrated and angry and sad and just OVER IT, towards feeling alive and inspired and motivated. I want you to get back in touch with the real you. Not this burned out version of you, but the real you, who’s ready to light the world up.

So I combined the principles of ACT with some other coaching concepts and created From Burnout to Balance. This mini-course is the first step in getting you closer to the life you want, and it will only take you about 10 minutes to complete. And when you’re done, I want to hear from you!
